We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to oversee our High School Representatives. Join us and make a positive impact on the lives of high school students

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of High School Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Develop strategies to reach out to high schools and promote our organization's programs and services effectively.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns targeting high schools.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high school counselors, administrators, and teachers to maximize outreach efforts.
- Plan and organize recruitment events and activities at high schools to attract potential students.
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.
- Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and propose improvements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high school students, counselors, and administrators effectively.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in using a laptop or computer for data entry and communication purposes.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between high schools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events and activities.
