**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Transport and Public Works, Western Cape Government has opportunities for three (3) competent individuals to render administrative support services. These posts are stationed in Cape Town, CBD.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification)

**Recommendation**:
None.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component.

**Competencies**:
A good understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; Skills needed: Written and verbal communication; Proven computer literacy;** **Planning and organisation; Interpersonal relations; Flexibility; Teamwork.

**Remuneration**:
R 181 599 per annum (Salary level 5)

Note on remuneration: Employees' service benefits or obligations (13th cheque, medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
