We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator & Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting tendering activities and driving commercial growth across our portfolio companies.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Tender Coordination**
- Research and identify relevant tender opportunities in the Education and Real Estate sectors.
- Manage the entire tender process, including bid documentation, proposal writing, and submission within strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information required for tenders.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and submission requirements.
- Maintain a database of all tender opportunities, submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to strengthen future tender submissions.
**Business Development**
- Support commercial strategies to expand Kosmas Enterprises' portfolio of clients in Education and Real Estate.
- Engage with prospective clients and partners to explore opportunities for collaboration.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, marketing materials, and presentations to pitch services.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and growth opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
**Commercial & Operational Support**
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of tender commitments and project delivery.
- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing commercial activities.
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices in tendering and business development.
**Skills & Competencies Required**:
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal and tender writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess tender specifications and align with company capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in tender coordination, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the Education or Real Estate sectors.
- Experience working with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with procurement portals and tendering platforms is a plus.
