**Job Description: Data Analyst**

**Position Overview**:
BSG Central is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Data Analyst** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and organising data from various departments, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to support business operations and drive decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and organise data from multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that highlight key trends and performance metrics.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform business strategies.
- Create clear, effective data visualisations using Excel to present findings in a user-friendly format.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Matric; tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar data analysis role.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in data manipulation and visualisation.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
