Operational Yield Analyst

Job Summary:

About Us:
Introduction Grain Field Chickens, a subsidiary of VKB Agriculture (PTY) Ltd, operates an abattoir in Reitz, North Eastern Free State. We pride ourselves on being a leader in the integrated broiler industry and provide a chance for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous testing of injection yield rates and calculating injection rate. Additionally, they will update yield reports and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Grade 12 or NQF4 Level 4 equivalent qualification. Previous experience in data processing is advantageous, but not necessary. You must possess excellent communication skills and strong mathematical abilities, with a clear criminal record. A willingness to work shifts and overtime, including weekends and public holidays, is also essential.

Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a self-driven individual who can calculate percentages from data, interpret calculations, and present accurate results. Good reporting and planning skills are also vital, as well as strong administration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate records, adhere to deadlines, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Benefits:
We offer competitive remuneration, estimated at R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
