**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, developers, and testers. Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

3. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors, project sponsors, steering committee members, and end-users. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to ensure transparency and alignment with business priorities.

4. Project Execution: Oversee the execution of SAP ECC implementation projects according to project plans and timelines. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and address issues.

5. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of SAP ECC solutions within the organization. Identify potential impacts of changes and communicate them to stakeholders to facilitate smooth transition and acceptance.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of SAP ECC solutions through thorough testing, validation, and verification processes. Review functional and technical specifications, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure compliance with business requirements and industry standards.

7. Vendor Management: Coordinate with SAP implementation partners, third-party vendors, and service providers to procure necessary resources, tools, and expertise for project delivery. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual agreements.

8. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and escalation procedures to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.

9. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, change requests, and lessons learned. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and documentation requirements.

10. Post-Implementation Support: Facilitate post-implementation reviews and transition activities to ensure smooth handover of SAP ECC solutions to the operational teams. Provide ongoing support and guidance to address post-go-live issues, optimize system performance, and facilitate user training and adoption.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP ECC implementation projects, with at least 5 years of experience in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC modules and functionalities, including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and HCM.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives, business sponsors, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Experience in change management, risk management, and quality assurance processes within SAP ECC projects.
