**Essential Skills Requirements**:

- SAP SD
- SAP BASIS
- Change Request Management (SAP Transports)
- Solution Manager Configuration & Diagnostics
- ATAP
- Apache Kafka
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

**Advantageous Skills Requirements**:

- Level 1 process integration knowledge across multiple SAP Modules
- Level 1 technical (incl. infrastructure) integration knowledge across various technologies
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
- Demonstrable problem-solving acumen
- Proficiency in thriving within Agile Working Methodology
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, facilitating effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skill in deciphering and translating business needs into actionable solutions, successfully guiding them through implementation
- A willingness to engage seamlessly with diverse global clientele, adeptly navigating language and cultural nuances
- A strong commitment to ethical work practices
- Availability to contribute to weekend and public holiday implementation and IT support tasks
- Flexibility to seamlessly pivot between various project responsibilities
- Adeptness in coaching and providing user training when needed
- A willingness and ability to travel internationally

**Qualifications/Experience Required**:

- To flourish in this role, you should bring the following:

- SAP functional certification
- A background in the logistics and supply chain domain

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- As a SAP SD/SAP Basis Consultant, your contributions will span across:

- Understanding business requisites, crafting AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtaining user sign-off for functional and/or technical design documents
- Pioneering solutions to enhance support for new and existing business processes
- Offering insights into the benefits and risks associated with proposed business cases
- Preparing comprehensive test data for user story validation
- Executing and/or supporting various testing initiatives, including unit, integration, regression, user acceptance, and security testing
- Defining and analyzing end-user authorization roles
- Developing comprehensive User Manuals and conducting training sessions for business process owners
- Crafting meticulous cut-over strategies, including data migration plans
- Grasping and managing various interfaces, such as IDOC and RFC processing
- Assisting in Go-Live preparation and post-Go-Live support
- Driving change management and presenting proposed changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Expertly troubleshooting, resolving, and efficiently closing operational and maintenance tickets within defined SLAs
- Participating in development debugging activities
- Collaborating harmoniously with consultants from other modules
- Updating and maintaining system documentation as functionalities evolve
- Embracing a proactive stance in the software development and design lifecycle
- Adhering to the Agile Methodology, participating actively in team meetings, and effectively leveraging the Agile Tool Chain in accordance with feature team requirements
