Provide financial information by analysing accounting data, preparing reports
Prepare account entries by compiling and analysing account information
Maintain internal controls
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
Maintain financial security by following internal controls
Must record transactions, compile and analyse data
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain spreadsheets of the financial activities and compile them into a report which helps in establishing accountability in the business
Keep all documentation that supports the figures contained in the report
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric.
Completed Diploma in Accounting advantageous
Proven work experience
Strong reporting skills
Min 5 years solid administrative accounting experience
MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
Patel Evolution advantageous
