- WHAT YOU WILL DOJoin our Testing Team as a Team Lead Testing where your primary role will be to Manage a team of test professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation to ensure timely delivery of different testing requirements and milestones. Team Lead Testing takes full responsibility for the project’s success. This role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. Excellent people leadership skills, good communication skills to communicate well with technical & non-technical individuals are capabilities that are required for this role.

You will engage with the following stakeholders:
**Internal**
- System development and Infrastructure divisions
- Project office
- Business Division - Service desk, Product owners and CRM team

**External Stakeholders**
- BankservAfrica clients
- External software suppliers
- PASA
- SARB

**Key Role Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure that testing lifecycle is adhered to
- Provide test estimates and allocation of resources
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
- Liaise with Project managers, software and business teams in terms of testing plans, requirements and test progress
- Ensure client onboarding testing process fulfils client product readiness
- Provide Customer with testing support.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE**
- Appropriate diploma or appropriate degree
- Required computer literacy levels
- Knowledge of Software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of test methodologies and testing tools.
- Test management certification an advantage.
