We are seeking a team-oriented, high-energy, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Our company has been a leading commercial signage product manufacturer in South Africa for over 15 years, known for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will receive comprehensive support and training while working alongside an experienced sales associate to prospect for new clients and learn effective sales techniques.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments with store managers to present our products.
- Learn and practice presenting, promoting, and selling our products/services to prospective clients under guidance and training.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships under the mentorship of your senior colleague.
- Work diligently to achieve sales targets and objectives within your assigned territory, receiving ongoing support and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations to support the sales process.
- Gain proficiency in negotiation techniques, closing strategies, and overcoming objections with mentorship.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through continuous training and updates.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in Point of Sale, Price Labelling Solutions, Retail Shelving and Racking preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Own Reliable Vehicle
