The Regional Clinics Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Clinics with building client relationships, ensure that the on-site clinic are compliant to legislation and management of the clinic staff. The person will responsible for planning and securing the on-going stability of clients by building and managing the financial, operational and administrative system infrastructure of Occupational Health.
**KEY OUTCOMES** (not limited to) Level 4 and 5 process elements
**Managing regional clinic stock and supplies**
Monitor and ensure adequate stock levels
Follow procurement processes
**Managing resources**
Ensure clinics are staff correctly
Manage workforce to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
**Managing medical assessments**
Compile medical plans with Employers
Schedule clients at clinics
**Reporting**
Report on stock levels and usage
Report on medical assessment engagements
**Qualifications**:

3 -5 years Occupational Health management experience, Operations manager,
