International Pet Travel Consultant

As an International Pet Travel Consultant, you will plan, communicate and structure international travel plans for live animals whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. You will manage the relocation from planning through to arrival at destination and home of the travelling pets. This position is challenging and can be stressful at times due to unpredictability of flights and changes, it is a very rewarding experience when pets arrive to their new home with their families.
Well spoken and mature personality. English essential and Afrikaans advantageous.
- Point of contact for your client from booking through to pet arriving at destination
- Maintain regular and excellent communication with clients at all times
- Ability to work with customers, show empathy and be approachable to customers and fellow team members.
- Extremely strong administrative skills.
- Excellent computer skills including full Microsoft office suite skills and experience essential, use of Mac operating system advantageous.
- Strong integrity, honesty and personal responsibility is paramount.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to follow absolute procedure and deliver on deadlines is non-negotiable.
- Minimum 10 years administrative experience with proven track record required.
- Previous experience in customer services preferable.
Must have full clean drivers Licence and own transport to work.
Benefits include Medical Insurance and Service commission which is over and above basic salary and is uncapped.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
