Qualifications:
Matric minimum entry level

Diploma in Supply Chain will be advantageous

High level of competency with Excel

Key Requirements of the Position

Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate at all levels internally and externally.

Coordinate all requests from clients and ensure that the information is shared with the respective departments

Reconcile all documentation to ensure accuracy before sharing with management and clients

Manage the inventory by conducting cycle counts and reconciliation with theoretical

Have a systematic system to ensure that documents are filed and controlled

Ensure all reports are sent out timeously /within stipulated agreed times to management and clients

Create a value add register and record all out of scope activities

Download and store all pics for all inbound and outbound activities

Comply to all SOP’s on a daily basis

Request inbound and outbound forecast from clients weekly

Prepare all documents for the operations team re. daily operations activities

Verify all documents received to be accurate and legible

Ensure all incidents are reported to client and management
Update SOH report with daily inbound and outbound movements
