RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing company based in Paarl, and they are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- Define and manage product pricing and profitability
- Monitor product performance and take corrective actions when necessary
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements
- Conduct product training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of the product life cycle and product management principles
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and product management tools
- BSc Food Science/ND or BTech in Food technology/B.Com in Economics, coupled with a background in Nutrition.
- Minimum 4 years’ previous work experience in the Food & Beverage, Pharma or Health Industries in a B2B or B2C Product Management position.
- Management of the Botanical Extracts product portfolio and willingness to travel internationally.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: R960k / per annum - R1.2 mill per annum
- Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
