Join our reputable Victor and Family Group team as an Affiliate Marketer We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to actively promote and sell our products/services through affiliate marketing. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Seek out new affiliate opportunities through networking, research, and prospecting.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, effectively articulating their features and benefits to potential affiliates.

Build and nurture relationships with affiliates to drive traffic and generate sales.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential affiliate partners and stay updated on industry trends and competition.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic affiliate marketing plans, exceeding sales targets.

Deliver compelling affiliate marketing materials, including promotions, banners, and content, to attract and engage potential affiliates.

Negotiate and establish affiliate partnerships, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Provide regular reports and forecasts on affiliate performance, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, affiliate marketing strategies, and best practices for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
Proven track record of successful affiliate marketing experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with affiliates.

Goal-oriented mindset, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with effective objection handling.

Self-motivated and proactive attitude, working independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Proficient computer skills and experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.

Background in marketing or a related field preferred.

**Salary**: R15,048.00 - R35,000.00 per month
