**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations concerns, including but not limited to harassment and discrimination, and ensure that all claims are appropriately resolved
- Manage the employee recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including employee health plans, retirement accounts, and other benefits
- Ensure compliance with performance management policies and procedures, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback on performance
- Ensure compliance with company ethics and code of conduct policies and procedures
- Complete administrative tasks related to employee records, payroll, and benefits

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR at a logistics or supply chain company
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complicated employee relations issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
