Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in the outsourcing industry? iContact BPO is currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Outbound Retrieval Campaign, a USA-based initiative. As a outbound Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and data retrieval from medical facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls for our insurance/ medical campaign.
- Efficiently retrieve information and maintain accurate records.
- Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills.
- Showcase a neutral accent to ensure clear communication with clients.
- Achieve and exceed set targets through commission-based incentives.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric certificate is a must; we do not accept statements of results.
- Fast typing skills are essential for success in this role.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Proficiency in English, both written ad verbal
- Neutral accent
- Ability to handle the demands of a high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in outbound campaigns is an advantage.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive basic salary of 5000 Rand.
- Night shift allowance of 400 Rand.
- Company-provided transport for the night shift, ensuring a safe commute home.
