**Job description**:
PSG is searching for a strategic and inquisitive Group IT Services Operations Manager.

The individual will be responsible for the Planning and implementation of ITSM support services and structures in the Group IT operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of Group Support Teams in line with ITIL best practices
- Propose and implement IT solutions balancing costs against functionality.
- Research IT solutions, engage with vendors, and compile business cases with recommendations.
- Continually implement and improve ITIL processes within the company.
- Management of the Serviced, Incident, Problem, and Change Management Processes, Including reporting on effectiveness in line with ITIL standards
- Research technologies applicable to a specific business requirement
- Planning and implementation of ITSM support services and structures
- Guide and oversee ITSM support activities.
- Produce business cases for technology solutions.
- Good understanding of architectural artifacts.
- Liaise with vendors to get proposals and negotiate prices for solutions.
- Datacentre security awareness, implementation, and compliance

**Minimum requirements**:

- Relevant Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience within a similar role
- Financial industry background and understanding
- Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments
- In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management
- Microsoft licensing and understanding (OS/SQL)
- Microsoft O365 knowledge
