**Responsibilities**:

- Review and action of settlement reports
- Report non commits to advisors.Monitor DSTAT intraday and liaising with the JSE
- Notification and reporting to SA
- Monitor reverse substitution account daily for re booking of non-controlled deals ensuring 5 day limit
- Reconcile interest and penalties with JSE SA
- Processing and settlement of bond trades
- Settlement execution of all trades from previous week (unlisted)
- Processing of admin fees and STT
- Capturing and updating loans on BDA and loan agreements
- Pledging/Unpledging and reconciliations (SCRIPFIN)
- Deal adjustments
- CSDP Reconciliation
- Client Transfers internal and external

**Minimum requirements**:

- Completed undergraduate degree (essential)
- BDA working experience essential
- 2-3 years´ experience in a similar role
- JSE Settlement officer exam (advantageous)
