**Job Description**:
As a Returns Officer at Gadget Boss you will play a crucial role in managing the returns process and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes:

- Processing returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Inspecting returned items to determine their condition and eligibility for resale
- Communicating with customers to address their concerns and facilitate returns
- Coordinating with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth return transactions
- Monitoring return trends and providing feedback to management for process improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of return transactions and inventory levels

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of return policies and procedures

Pay: R5 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
