The Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that educates the students across multiple disciplines including Accounting, Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship, Economics, Industrial Psychology (Human Resources Management), Information Systems, Institute for Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies (PLAAS), Institute for Social Development, Political Studies, School of Government (including Public Administration) and the Academic Literacies Progamme.

- Facilitate learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Political Studies
- Conduct research and publish in Political Studies
- Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate supervision
- Provide academic leadership and administration
- Undertake curriculum development and assessment
- Participate in community engagement and outreach

**Minimum Requirements**
- Masters qualification in the field of Political Studies
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning and teaching in Political Studies

**Added Advantages**:

- PhD qualification in the field of Political Studies
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning and teaching in the area of International Relations
- A current record of research output relevant to Political Studies
