Our client has been developing speciality financial vehicles in the UK since 2014. As a data and AI-driven company, they utilise the most advanced and innovative technology to facilitate the highest practices of consumer lending. Their brand offers short term, direct lender loans from £200 - £1,500 for up to 6 months, and practices industry-leading transparency, flexibility and responsible lending.

They have experienced sustained growth and with tremendous targets ahead, they’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to manage a six-figure budget and take that growth to the next level.

This position requires a leader who is analytical and data-driven in their decision-making process, well versed in demand generation best practices and marketing technologies, has a high level of understanding of multi-channel acquisition and is assertive about new approaches to optimisation and growth.

They’re looking for someone excited and passionate, ready to challenge themselves at the highest level and capable of managing a multi-million-pound media spend across the main channels.

**What you will do**:

- Diversify and manage a successful Performance Marketing engine to achieve a growing monthly lending target
- Own the creation and execution of the paid acquisition demand generation strategy through diversification
- Manage agency and affiliate relationships as well as optimisation of the acquisition strategy
- Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Lead a high-performing, metrics-driven team managing demand generation campaigns, marketing initiatives, and analytics
- Own and execute media planning and budget allocation
- Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive awareness adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimisation tests, and improving campaign performance.
- Exceed goals for pipeline development, conversions throughout the customer journey, and lending targets.
- Build predictive models that can forecast demand generation spend with pipeline analytics and LTV models.
- Analyse and report on the impact of demand creation activities on the customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with the Lending and Product teams to validate go-to-market strategies, buyer personas, value proposition, messaging, and content needs and message optimisation.
- You will be hands-on when it comes to the implementation of marketing efforts and campaigns but you will also have a strong retainer from a leading agency

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and technical ability.
- 5+ years of managerial-level experience in user acquisition marketing and a proven track record of success (fintech company is a huge advantage).
- Experience working in UK lending or finance markets and industry knowledge of B2C and B2B loan providers.
- 2+ years of B2C high volume lead gen marketing and user acquisition experience in the regulated consumer space.
- Agency and sector experience is a huge plus.
- A strong understanding of PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing
- Proven excellence in relationship-building and collaboration
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
- Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools and platforms such as Google Ads, GDN, Programmatic etc. as well as Facebook, Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, SEMRush (SQL a plus).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-million £ budget efficiently and effectively - making every pound count.
