**Call Centre Agents - Salt River
- Cape Town - Office Based**

**Transport Provided from various areas within Cape Town**

**Shifts**:Shifts between 13:00 and 08:00 in the morning and transport will be provided during unfavourable hou

**Rate**:

- R6300 for training
- R6800 live
- Once 3 month probation is successfully completed the monthly salary will be increased
- Additional benefit medical insurance, disability and funeral cover is paid

**The role**:To deliver personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel, with the goal to make lasting impressions on a hospitality customer base at every interaction.
First point of contact to customers in the US and Canada, taking inbound calls and engaging directly with guests as A specialist in sales and reservations with ability to retain a client.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Essential**:Matric/NQF Level 4

**Preferential**:Mathematics, or Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting, or Business Studies, or Tertiary courses / studies relating to business, accounting or economics

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- 18 months of Customer Services experience
