**Role purpose**:
Recommend and implement programme strategies, programs, and initiatives in line with overall CBU Strategy and cross-functionally with other BU’s within SA and Vodacom Group
Monitor and appraise strategy delivery against key market and financial objectives
Ensure compliance and governance frameworks commercial processes across CBU
Support line manager in strategic business planning and performance
Monitoring business performance in comparison to strategy and budget
Opportunity identification and management via internal due diligence, to deliver value for customers and process improvement for business efficiency.
Work closely with the business and their teams to understand challenges and facilitate cross-functional solutions
Lead and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects sponsored by the office of the Chief Officer
Support alignment of activities and objectives across CBU
Develop and maintain key reports and insight to enable key strategic decisions within CBU
Provide the necessary support services to enable effective decision making in the office of the Chief Officer
Investigate and evaluate process improvement and digital transformation inititaives to ensure alignment with the overall CBU strategy
Integrate project work through, but not limited to, interfacing and liaising with all relevant groups/divisions/stakeholders

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Strategic planning and execution
Proven track record of success implementing business transformation and digital initiatives enterprise-wide large organizations
Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration - able to work with diverse teams and engaging their input and commitment to success
Programme and Project ManagementPlanning & Organising
Stakeholder Relationship Management at senior level including C-Suite
Business planning, inclusive of financial and operational model preparation
Extensive experience in executive support
Proven ability to present to senior leaders
Effective problem-solving skills, able to process high volumes of complex information, synthesise key themes and issues, and recommend actionable responses to opportunities and threats
Strong Commercial acumen

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
A relevant degree/diploma in Business or Project Management
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience of which at least 2 years in a Project Management/Strategy role is essential
Stakeholder engagement via various communication mediums is essential
Experience in Telecommunications or related environment is desirable
