**Job Description**:

- Seeking an experienced Properties Manager/Developer with a retail background for our Properties Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new retail sites and expansion opportunities for Our Client Group brands in SA and neighboring countries.
- Negotiate prime locations in malls, new retail developments, or towns for all Our Client Group brands.
- Collaborate with teams for new store proposals and feedback.
- Prepare feasibility studies for each store to evaluate market potential and merchandise mix.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions.
- Ensure timely lease renewals and compliance.
Resolve store maintenance issues and landlord queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Tertiary degree preferred (Financial, Legal, Property Management, etc.).
Minimum 10 years of experience in property development or retail property management.

Competencies:

- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of lease terms and agreements.
- Resourceful and independent.
- Excellent time management.
- Numeracy and retail property principles understanding.
Computer literate.
