Mission

To ensure sound financial administration of the business units allocated to the incumbent by inter alia processing the weekly returns and promoting adherence to the company administrative procedures.Make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Performing the weekly and monthly reconciliations in conjunction with the relevant Operations Manager.
- Conducting cash and stock audits at business unit level.
- Reviewing unit related entries on late banking, sundry debtors account, sundry creditors ac-count and suspense account for the complete accounting of the business unit results.
- Generate client invoices.
- Ensuring that the credit notes are authorized in line with company policy.
- Ensuring that the stock counts are conducted at business unit level.
- Ensuring that management is made aware of any financial irregularities and that explanations are obtained for major variances to the budget.
- Degree in Accounting
- Matric plus 3 years related experience
- Computer Literacy (proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet deadlines -Attention to detail and Accuracy
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices -Goof communication Skills
- SAGE L500
- Soft Skill Courses: Time & Conflict Management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- JHB, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
