We need an extraordinary individual, energetic, friendly, and obsessive about service delivery with an extensive knowledge of managing a restaurant.

As the General Manager of our Ou Meul store, you are responsible for the smooth day to day running of the store. We need a leader in the business to create a great team that is motivated to deliver great results. The role is based at Windmeul Farm between Paarl and Wellington. You must live in the area or be willing to relocate. This is a new store opening so we are looking for someone who is experienced enough to take on this new business and make it a huge success.

- _the ability to manage a large building and property and make sure it is maintained and that everything is in a good working order_
- _to be hands-on and a willingness to get involved in the operation where necessary_

**Minimum qualification and experience requirements**
- 5 _Years’ experience as a General Manager of a restaurant or coffee shop_
- _Exceptional multi-tasking skills_
- _Excellent time management, able to meet exact deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency_
- _Excellent management and organisational skills._
- _Able to multi-task and work under pressure_
- _Organised and structured person_
- _Outstanding verbal and written communication skills_
- _Function well in team, but able to work independently_
- _Any bakery experience is a plus_
