Gauteng, Gauteng, JHB North R 14000 Monthly Basic Plus Commission (Commission, fuel allowance, Market related) BEAUTY TRAINER vacancy available for a spa brand. Position within Johannesburg, Houghton. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Must live in Johannesburg

Somatology Diploma

Cidesco, Itec or ship experience advantageous

1 - 2 year experience as Beauty Trainer

Own transport, with insurance and valid driver's licence

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel

**JOB DUTIES**:
Training of stockists and staff

Updates of training notes, visual aids, product profiles, treatment costings and descriptions

Research relevant topics to increase your knowledge

Assisting the sales team with promotional days if and when required

Set up for expos and represent brand at trade exhibitions

Set-up a training room according to standards

Maintaining training stock levels in liaison with the Brand Manager

Complete relevant documentation at trainings eg SETA forms, certificate lists

Mark exams and inform delegates, sales representative and salon and spa owners of results

Inform manager of results and ensure that certificates are issued

Arrange all logistics for training in consultation with Brand Manager ie travel, accommodation, meals, etc

Assist in delivering orders if and when required

Assist with press treatments in consultation with Brand Manager

Coordinate your region’s training calendar with Brand Manager

Conduct training at beauty schools, facilitate their clinic days

Ensure all stockists are trained in products and treatments and updated on any new products changes and specials

Manual ordering for your region from Manager

Demos for new stockists

Assist the sales team to reach their targets

**SKILLS NEEDED**:
Self-motivated, dedicated, able to handle pressure

Excellent customer and sales skills, as you will be servicing existing business and grow new business

Creative and innovative thinking

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organised and good time management

Must be flexible to travel to CT, KZN and surrounding provinces if assistance is needed, not more than once a month

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**:
R14000 basic, fuel allowance of R2800

Tier commission structure on all sales

Phone allowance

Travel allowance to be discussed, but costs are covered when away
