**Recruitment of a Senior Administrator : Security Valuations - Cape Town Office**

An opportunity has arisen for an **Senior Administrator: Security Valuations** to join the Security Valuations team in our Cape Town office.

**Summary of the position**

The **Senior Administrator:Security Valuations **will be responsible for the input, update and verification of all daily prices into the current investment systems, updating static data, together with the checking of data loaded across all systems.

**Outline of main duties and responsibilities**

The Position will be expected to:

- Update the system with all the daily prices and the verification of these prices;
- Verify on a daily basis that all systems have been updated through external price feeds and that the data is correct;
- Update Static Data - new instruments, historic data, etc.
- Stand in as a back-up for colleagues;
- Input on a regular basis into the update of process documentation changes arising due to changes in procedures or additional responsibilities allocated to the individual;
- Achieve deliverables against agreed deadlines and managing of expectations with clients;
**Skills and experience required**
- A minimum of 2 year’s security valuations administration experience;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Able & keen to work in a team environment;
- Good communication skills;
**Reporting structure**

The **Senior Administrator: Security Valuations** will report to the **Team Leader - Institutional Client Administration (Security Valuations)** based in the Cape Town office.
