The Faircape Group constitutes a group of companies with interests in a number of activities including Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, Telecommunications and an ISP, Utility Management and infrastructure installation, Property Management and related activities.
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented **Senior Administrator** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely capturing of data for the payroll department
This position will be based at our modern Claremont Office that is centrally located and just across from Cavendish Square.

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Accurately input new employee data into the company’s system, capturing all relevant personal and employment details for smooth integration into HR processes.
- Process employee terminations in the system upon their exit date, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Facilitate the process of enrolling new employees into the company’s medical aid scheme, liaising with providers as needed.
- Update employee records, including banking details, and ensure the removal of accounts for terminated employees with approval from the Finance department.
- Prepare and submit documentation for employees exiting the company
- Supervise the alignment of biometric data with shift workers' rosters and verify that all staff adhere to their contractual hours.
- Print and distribute company statements or reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Raise concerns related to poor timekeeping or inaccurate record-keeping of absenteeism.
- Review attendance reports across various departments and send daily attendance reports to management.
- Regularly check and update employee profiles in relevant systems to ensure accurate data
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including gathering and organizing required documentation.

We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.
Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi time between 07h00 and 18h00.
Salary on offer is from R 25,000 Cost To Company per month. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience and other market related factors.
