**Purpose**:
To achieve targets set forth within the key accounts sales department and assist in maximizing the sales team’s/company’s potential. Develop and implement strategies to build/maintain new/existing fruitful relationships with relevant stakeholders/customers as required. Manage dealers and partners. Growth plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve 100% of sales turnover target by the end of each month; measured by % sales turnover target; tracked by system (studio) monthly.
- Achieve 100% of product target on a YTD timeframe; measured by % of product turnover target; tracked by system (studio) monthly.
- Assist with key accounts and help set its strategic direction (overall plan communication and business growth).
- Assist and manage vital projects ensuring sales success within the Key Accounts Department.
- Assist staff by developing strong relationships and partnerships with top clients and strategically negate deals to gain necessary sales.
- Incubate SMME’s and assist for their growth/identify and acquire new dealers/conduct face to face dealer engagement.
- Identify new markets, clients and business opportunities and convert dormant customers to active customers, whilst servicing existing customers.
- Communicate plans and objectives strategic to Key Accounts sales strategy to the Regional Key Account Manager.
- Drive sales of all Mustek products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant sales opportunities within the Key Accounts.
- Assist with new tenders and coordinating tenders with dealers.
- Identify treats, opportunities and trends concerning key accounts and communicate information regarding this to relevant company team members.
- Assist new dealers with opening accounts with Mustek/arrange credit for new dealers.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Matric.
- Sales and/or Marketing Diploma preferred.
- At least 2 years’ sales experience in the same role.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Client relations management.
- Adequate knowledge of budgeting, sales principles, etc.
- ICT industry knowledge.
- Establishing sales lead, building and maintaining customer/stakeholder relationships.
