**_ In this role, the Assistant Vice President Tower Lead Accounts Receivable at Genpact, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a Genpact client’s accounts receivable functions to ensure efficient cash flow management and timely collections. You will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and optimizing revenue cycle operations._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_ 1.Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback._**

**_ 2._**_ _**_Develop and implement strategies to optimize the accounts receivable process and improve collection efficiencies._

**_ 3._**_ _**_Monitor and analyze accounts receivable metrics and KPIs to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement._

**_ 4._**_ _**_Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the client’s customers to resolve billing and payment issues promptly._

**_ _**

**_ 5._**_ _**_Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both within Genpact and the client, including finance, sales, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction._

**_ 6._**_ _**_Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable._

**_ _**

**_ 7._**_ _**_Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the accounts receivable performance and trends._

**_ 8._**_ _**_Maintain regular communication with clients regarding operational performance, promptly addressing any process-related issues or risks._

**_ _**

**_ 9._**_ _**_Serve as the primary point of contact for critical client issues, taking necessary actions for resolution and keeping clients informed of progress._

**_ 10._**_ _**_Ensure timely completion of agreed-upon actions and maintain accuracy in follow-up._

**_ 11._**_ _**_Cultivate _strong communication and collaborative relationships with key client partners, actively seeking feedback and taking ownership of processes._

**_ 12._**_ _**_Propose and negotiate transformation initiatives, including efficiency clauses, based on internal and external dependencies._

**_ 13._**_ _**_Conduct team huddles to align on customer priorities and foster awareness within the team._

**_ 14._**_ _**_Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to accounts receivable management._

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**

**_ _**_ Minimum Qualifications / Skills_**_ _**_1._** **_Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred._**_2._** **_Proven experience (ten years) in a senior leadership role overseeing accounts receivable operations, preferably in a large-scale organization._**_3._** **_Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles, practices, and methodologies._**_4._** **_Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills._**_5._** **_Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices._**_6._** **_Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)._**_7._** **_Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions._**_8._** **_Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively._**
