**Job Description: Recruitment/Onboarding Officer**

**Responsibilities**:
Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences for each position.

**Screening and Selection**:
**Interview Coordination**:

- Facilitate and participate in interview panels, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Enhance the organization's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities.

**Offer Negotiation and Onboarding**:

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to finalize compensation packages and contractual terms.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.

**Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports and analysis to HR and management on recruitment performance and trends.

**Recruitment Process Improvement**:

- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and platforms, including social media and professional networks.
- Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
