We are currently looking to recruit a suitable and experienced Administrator to join our Educare in Table View, Cape Town.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls, responding to parent and staff WhatsApp messages.

Greeting parents, children and visitors.

Co-ordinate office activities and operations to ensure an efficiently run front of house.

General administrative duties including data entry, filing, printing etc.

Marketing support and updating of social media.

To be successful you will have:
A warm, friendly manner with a professional attitude.

Minimum 3 years experience in an office / administration support role. Experience in an education setting would be advantageous.

A genuine love for children.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work within a small team to support the Principal and Senior Management Team.

Strong customer service skills is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
