Our client is looking for an efficient and highly organized Business Administrator to join their dynamic Media Agency. As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the agency. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously will be essential in supporting the team and maintaining a productive work environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the digital marketing or social media industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM systems
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the agency's operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
Finance and Budget Management: Assist with financial activities, such as tracking expenses, preparing invoices, managing budgets, and coordinating with the accounting team
Client Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and positive relationships. Coordinate client meetings, manage client communication, and address inquiries or concerns promptly
Project Coordination: Collaborate with various teams within the agency to coordinate projects and ensure smooth workflow. Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary
Human Resources Support: Assist in HR-related activities, such as managing employee records, onboarding new hires, coordinating training programs, and assisting with performance evaluation processes
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient systems and procedures to enhance overall agency productivity and effectiveness
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor research to stay updated on social media trends and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings
