We are currently looking for a **_Process Owner _**to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

Implement and drive the ITIL 4 Practices as a practice within Dimension Data MEA. Drive success through governance and usage of data, and data components, to understand the state of the process and drive data-informed improvements. Implement, manage and monitor an effective services governance framework practice that is consistent with general requirements and industry best practices/standards. Assist the DD team to operational service excellence by means of effective implementation and execution, using data as a means for implementation and continual improvement. Work along with the SMO Data and CMS teams to ensure customer service delivery can be maintained.

**What we expect you to do**:

- Ensure the ITIL 4 practices are implemented as per strategic intent
- Work along with the Process Management team to ensure process implementation and management
- Work with the business to create and implement the Practices and any associated procedures
- Drive the training of the Practice across the organisation
- Be well-versed in digital transformation and data analysis
- Draw and analyse data to reach relevant conclusions
- Take advantage of the data available to make continual improvements with the business
- Work closely with the Data and Configuration Management teams to address areas of process weakness with the business
- Work with the business, using data, to improve areas of process adherence weakness.
- Proactive
- Intermediate presentation skills
- ITIL® V3 Expert or V4 Certified
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical approach to understanding services and thereby ensuring continuity
- Understand data and how to use data to create a story
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Service management
- Self-motivated
- Work under pressure
- Effective communication skills to Management and key stakeholders
- Interact with others to influence and get things done
- Time management and workload prioritisation
