**Join our client's Team as a Regional Sales Manager - Western Cape**
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales performance in the competitive realm of telecommunications and ISP services? This leading ISP is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to spearhead their New Business Development efforts in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for managing five dedicated Sales Managers, guiding them to achieve ambitious sales targets through innovative strategies and exceptional leadership.
A prominent ISP with a proven track record of delivering top-tier internet services to a diverse clientele. As they continue to expand their reach, they are seeking an innovative leader to join them in driving new customer acquisition in the challenging Western Cape market.

**Your Role**: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative approaches to attract and onboard new customers. Your strategic prowess will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the market, ensuring the sales teams remain motivated and target-driven. Your proficiency in managing sales managers and fostering a culture of high performance will be critical to your success.

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years of direct sales experience, with at least 5 years in the telecommunications, ICT, office automation, or ISP industry.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in senior management, specifically managing sales teams and driving exceptional results.
- Proven expertise in conducting performance reviews, implementing improvement strategies, and overseeing recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive sales plans and delivering articulate reports to executive-level stakeholders.
