Our marketing team is looking for a Growth Manager to lead on our new channel efforts across the UK and our EU markets. This role will report into our Head of Performance Marketing, and will work closely with both the marketing and product teams. You will have the opportunity to build our experimentation and reporting framework, work on ways to automate and scale existing channels like paid social, while investigating new growth channel opportunities (whether online or offline) that allow us to find new ways to reach and acquire new customers.

**What you'll be doing;**:

- Define and manage our approach to growing new channels and improving existing channel efficiency through options such as automation
- Take a holistic approach to evaluating and assessing options across all channels - whether paid social, referral, better CRM promotions, direct mail etc
- Manage our marketing technology stack to ensure the team has access to the right tools to pursue intelligent growth, and work close with our product and tech teams to ensure that we are able to continue to develop and improve it
- Work with the data teams to maintain our marketing-mix-modelling and multi-touch attribution models to ensure all channels can be tracked equally
- Reporting results of initiatives back to the team and business against clear impact on growth and financial metrics such as ROAS

**Skills and experience we think will help you be successful in the role;**:

- Experience with direct-to-consumer tech businesses
- Deep knowledge of growth best practices and previous experience with key marketing tools
- Collaborative and influential, you can gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across technology and business operations
- Highly commercial, are able to measure and understand the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generation

**Please note - Operational roles in our Contact Centre in Cape Town are fully office based. **Where we can support it, typical working patterns would be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. However, we appreciate everyone’s situation is unique and are open to conversations.
