- Relevant FAIS and RE qualification Experience Required
- Extensive experience within STI sales
- Sales Coaching experience in the STI sales environment will be advantageous.

- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients/Sales Agents at all levels
- Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven Sales Track Record

- Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms

**Responsibilities**:

- supervising a sales call and discussing strengths and possible areas for improvement with the sales representatives
- scheduling weekly check-ins with sales representatives to review progress toward achieving goals and skills development
- coordinating training and presentation sessions
- reviewing common sales tools and processes
- shadowing a sales representative during a sales meeting and giving a post-performance review
- Provide excellent communication and be able to interact with people from multiple backgrounds and all ages.
- Organise job simulations and role-playing exercises
- Support and mentor new sales agents handed over by Nursery.
- Keep attendance and other records (Coaching sessions/training interventions).
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employee performance and response to coaching/training interventions
- Coach sales team - Based on Business requirements
- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
- Identify individual and team training needs
