Calling all organisational guru's and friendly faces

We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our vibrant and collaborative team. You'll be the maestro of our operational symphony, ensuring our office runs smoothly, efficiently and with passion. As the heartbeat of our office, you’ll also be the welcoming face that greets visitors and makes them feel at home.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Front of House Duties: Manage our Yoyo reception area, greeting visitors, answering calls, managing inquiries and providing administrative support to our office.
- Office maintenance: Quality control over cleaning, arrange repairs and maintenance, ensuring a comfortable and functional workspace.
- Facilities staff management: Supervise and coordinate the work of our two in-house facilities staff, managing communications with building security and office park manager.
- Stock & ordering: Manage office supplies, inventory and procurement, ensuring our office has everything needed to operate smoothly.
- Travel coordination: Build a relationship with our travel agent to arrange flights, hotels and other travel arrangements for senior leaders, ensuring smooth and efficient trips.
- Health & Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols for the office environment, to ensure everyone is safe and sound as well as Yoyo’s continuous alignment with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Office culture: Organise drinks and snacks for our weekly in-house social and add value to additional social events - fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaboration and Commitment: Become an indispensable part of our team, bringing ideas and initiatives for improvement of processes and systems.
