SAPROPERTY.COM is a growing.

We are looking to expand our team and looking to appoint experienced residential property agent. This position allows the agent to do both sales and rentals.

This job requires previous property experience in Sales and Rentals and a proven track record.
- Promote the SAPROPERTY.COM brand
- Source Rental and Sale stock
- Advertise listed properties on various advertising portals
- Set up viewings
- Conclude sales transactions
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Build up a rental management book

**Key Competency Requirements**
- Matric - minimum
- MUST reside in the Northern Suburbs or Western Seaboard or surrounding areas
- Interns welcome with at least 1 years' experience
- At least 1 year Property experience either in Sales and/or Rentals
- NQF4 in Real Estate
- Some knowledge on property related matters / contracts
- Passionate about property
- Self-motivated, driven and a go-getter
- Ability to manage time
- Own transport, laptop and cell phone
- Work well in a team environment
- Proven track record
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for Rentals and Sales and Customer satisfaction.
