**Administrator - Willow Park Manor, Pretoria - Gauteng**

**Job brief**

Our client needs an all-rounder that can assist in their Tender department working & proficient in excel.

Additionally, running around the office and store expediting orders, no heavy lifting, just getting orders and paperwork in order

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our clients’ day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our client and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

Ultimately, the successful Administrator should be able to ensure the office procedures run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain internal databases.
- Maintain a filing system for data on suppliers and external partners.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare regular reports.
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Handle queries from manager

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistantor relevant role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Grade 12 Certificate
