The following roles and responsibilities are critical to fulfil the duties as an Financial Administrator in Quatro Cleaning / Quatro Hygiene Services.

You are required to fulfil these roles and responsibilities; to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding as to what is expected from you on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:
Must have a Financial qualification

Must have a Financial Background and experience of at least 3 Years

Must have creditors experience of 2 Years

Must have debtors experience of 2 Years

Must have billing experience of 2 Years

Must have computer literacy and Pastel literacy, Proof must be submitted.

Must be organised and be strong in Administration

Must have a strong personality

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:
Your duties will be to ensure financial administrative assistance to the Senior Administrator for the overall effective running of the Financial Administration for Quatro Cleaning / Quatro Hygiene Services.

In order to achieve the above in your department you will be expected to:

- Debtors and all related administration.
- Creditors and all related administration.
- Monthly Reports
- Financial Recons
- Cashbook Recons
- General finance
- Other general financial duties as assigned.
- Handling of Customer queries and complaints.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Update account status and database daily of Debtors clients.
- establish a system to update the debtor status keep monthly reports and updates of monthly debtors - age analysis - to keep track of progress on debtors issues
- Manage and capturing of Petty Cash
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by Business Manager.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
