**Responsibilities**
- Provide thought leadership, consulting and implementation support as well as transfer of organizational effectiveness and change management tools and processes to the Business.
- Lead a team of experts to conduct organizational diagnoses using data-based methodologies to identify critical issues and root causes; provide objective, data-based perspective on relevant HR issues and recommend/implement and measure appropriate interventions to address organizational issues.
- Partner with executives to develop change management competencies to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Lead the assessment of organizational capability challenges, identify competency and talent gaps, and develop, execute appropriate strategies and solutions to enhance performance and build people management skills.
- Support the HR Business Partners and HR team to implement the people agenda.
- Lead, coach and mentor direct reports, other HR team members.
- Develop, manage, and monitor yearly OE budget, implement cost management as needed.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
- 15+ years of progressive responsibility in leadership development, change management, organisational development, and design with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
- Broad knowledge of organisational effectiveness processes
- Experience in organisational design, team effectiveness and implementation of organisational transformation projects.
- Extensive expertise in the development of organisational effectiveness tools and frameworks.
- Ability to effectively partner with business to deliver key programmes that are aligned to the organisational strategy.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of high performance and innovation to enable revenue growth.
- Lead transformation projects related to organisational design, process design, culture change, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and talent management.
- Proven project management experience and management of strategic projects

**Salary**: R1,300,000.00 - R1,500,000.00 per year

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
