**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric/ Grade 12
- Currently Living in or around Centurion
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years HSE experience building safety files for the mining industry
- Accident and incident recording and investigation
- SAMTRAC/ COMSOC
- HIRA
- Legal Liability Training

**Job Description**:
To ensure the Health, Safety and Legal compliance with customer and company requirements:

- Compile and maintain safety files as per customer requirements.
- Ensure the safety file is updated as per customer requirements.
- Correspond / travel to site as per customer requirements.
- Arrange inductions and medical bookings and communicate to relevant
- employees.
- Attend SHE / Contractor meetings if and when required on behalf of the Company's SHEQ department.
- Attend and participate in SHE Committee Meetings
- Prepare monthly SHEBranch Reports, due by end of the month.
- Assist with the review, amendment and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the relevant Safe Work Procedures is communicated to the relevant
- employees and that a signed copy is readily available.
- Planning and coordinating SHE related training for relevant employees.
- Maintaining and updating all relevant SHEdocuments on Google drive and Mango (and other if required by customer).
- Conduct Tru-Trac safety Inductions
- Over inspect monthly checklists from time to time.
- Report any non-conformances in writing to the SHE Manager.
- Investigate the root cause of SHE incidents/accidents or near misses. put forward by employees and or customers and report it in writing to the relevant manager.
- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses.
- Perform any other work SHE related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to
- by management.
- Assist the HR department with weekly/ monthly payroll and attendance reporting
- Assist the HR department with implementation and communication of HR policies and notices as and when required

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month
