- Investigate and report all product quality issues to HML
- Launch and Manage Service and Recall Campaigns
- Liaise closely with the production plant on quality issues
- Diagnostic Explorer support
- Gather and analyze product problem information and data and submit reports as well as PFRs (Product Feedback Reports).
- Manage the policy budget provided for out-of-warranty on known technical problems correctly.
- Ensure that the budget is adhered to.
- Maintain job-related administration functions and records.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Diesel Technician with a Trade Test
- NQF Level 6 Technical Diploma or Relevant.
- Automotive Trade Test Diploma (Technical Diploma)
- Code EC (14) driver’s license
- Experience in Franchised Truck Motor Workshop Management
- 5 yrs Vehicle repairs experience
- 5 yrs of Head Office experience in dealership management
- 5 yrs Warranty repair support/approval
- 5 yrs In-depth Root cause analysis
- 5 yrs Warranty and Quality management with OEM/Plant/dealership
- Fully computer literate including literacy Lotus Notes, MS Office and Outlook.
- Report writing skills essential.
- Experience at a Hino Dealership preferred
