We are recruiting for a leading UK service provider, looking for customer service consultants to join their busy inbound department on a full-time, permanent remote contract.
Job role
As a customer service advisor in the inbound department, you will handle customer queries to ensure their appliances are protected. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Receiving calls from both existing and new customers.
Upselling insurance protection to customers whose basic cover is ending.
Providing peace of mind by finding tailored solutions for every customer.
Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and prioritising their interests.
