_Du Plessis & Partners Attorneys have positions available for mature individuals preferably 30 years and older in their highly profitable call centre for an energetic and self-motivated debt collections agent._

Accounts administration and negotiating reasonable payment on delinquent medical and schooling accounts creating a sense of urgency to make payment.

**Key result areas are as follows**:

- Manage assigned accounts by enforcing our client terms and conditions.
- Assist debtors to reconcile accounts and resolving client disputes.
- Always ensuring high-level collections within the set parameters of the Company rules and policies as amended from time to time.
- Admin intensive
- To meet the daily, weekly & monthly operational needs as outlined within the Performance Agreement.

**Minimum Skills & Qualifications**
- A senior certificate - Matric/Grade 12 (Maths/Accounting)
- Up to 2 Years of collections experience
- Collections software systems experience
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills

- Be able to work under pressure and handle stress,
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,
- Flexible and adaptable to change,
- Well-organised and able to work with and without supervision,
- Must be able to prioritise and manage workload,
- Attention to detail,
- Telephone etiquette and listening and comprehension skills,
- Target driven,
- Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Service oriented
- Financial acumen
- Assertive
- Team player
- Languages (English/Afrikaans/African languages)
- Strong negotiation skills

**Remuneration**
- Starting basic salary of R4 450.00 per month + a competitive commission structure.

**Salary**: From R4,450.00 per month
