**Job Desciption**:
Novus Print seeks to appoint a Customer Services Representative to engage customers, co-ordinate client activities, handle client queries and complaints, and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The incumbent will be based at Montague Gardens and report to the Commercial Manager.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with key customers and prospective customers
- Provide optimal advice regarding customer queries
- Understand the business goal of customers to match it with the Company’s optimal print solution or offering
- Administrative support including purchase orders
- Attracting customer base to print with Novus Print
- Up and cross selling with existing customers
- Selling work at profitable margins
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
- Provide reports and information that will assist in decision making and shaping the strategy of business
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Planning etc.) to deliver quality products and service timeously so that customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Co-ordinate all customer activities (Purchase orders etc)
- Handle all customer queries and complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention at all times

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing will be advantageous)

**Experience Requirements**:

- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Proven sales or key account management experience

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Organisational and planning skills
- Strong focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Display sound analytical abilities, both verbal and numerical
- Solid understanding of the sales process
- Excellent interpersonal, selling and communication skills
- Strong client services
- Excellent research and planning skills
