Purpose of the Role: To conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers, offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.

**_Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:_**
- Sale generation and expansion of the Company’s customer base
- Relationship management
- Functional management
- Administration

**Sale generation and expansion of the Company’s customer base**
- Work towards achieving monthly budget targets set by Senior Management and ultimately the Sales’ Department annual target
- Assist in the creation of the annual Sales Budget.
- Develop customer base for all products manufactured in the organisation.
- Coordinate with the Planning Manager with regards to customer queries and production plan.
- Manage Customer accounts allocated to her portfolio.
- Expansion of services and product offerings
- Development of long-term deals between the Company and customers
- Reports all matters regarding the export market to the Director: Business

**Development and or Management /Relationship management**
- Work towards improvement of communication with Current customer and also develop interpersonal relations with the
- Receive and relay all crucial customer feedback received from visits and surveys.
- Update the Company price list from time to time, in line with communication received from the Director: Business Development or Managing Director.
- Communicate with the Logistics Department in relation to goods available in stock and demarcated dispatch area.
- With the support of the Finance Department, ensure that payment terms are adhered to by the customer and be responsible for the collection of monies owed by assigned customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with other internal Company departments such as those in Operations and Finance, to ensure a streamlined customer

experience. This expectation is extended to other members in the sales department including the internal sales team members.
- Engage vigorously with customer representatives in the respective logistics, purchasing, product management, project managers, brand specialists and network owners’ departments to ensure complete knowledge of the customer as an entity.
- Create long term evolution partnerships and conclude deal negotiations in their entirety or as far as possible.
- Engage with customers face to face, telephonically and digitally (Skype, GoToMeeting, Teams, Zoom)
- Create new customer engagement

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years sales experience
- preferably sales within a manufacturing environment
